There can be little doubt that beef is one of the most popular meats in the world, and this is not likely to change any time soon.

In times of late, there has been ample argument on the question of whether beef is a safe food to be enjoyed by all, or a dangerous ‘bad’ food to be shunned at all costs.

So what are we to believe?Just a 80 gram offering of quality beef may supply more than 10% of the consumers essential daily requirement of vitamin b6, protein, vitamin b12, zinc, iron, niacin and phosphorus.

Instructions:
—————-
Bring a good sized saucepan of water to the boil and cook the macaroni about 7 minutes.
Fry the meat until browned in another good sized pan and very carefully drain off any fat that has been produced.
Stir in the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper and then stir until well mixed.

Have You Tasted How Unbelievable Organic Coffee Can Be?

So, let’s take a little trip through the definition of organic and what this means for organic coffee and other organic products.

1) No synthetic chemicals or pesticides are allowed to be used to raise certified organic crops.

2) Certified organic products cannot contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

3) In order for an item to be labeled 100% organic it can only contain certified organic ingredients and/or processing agents, excluding water and salt.

4) Products labeled “organic” must consist of at least 95 percent organically produced components (excluding water and salt).  Any remaining product ingredients must be comprised of non agricultural ingredients approved on the National List including  non-organically created agricultural items that are not readily available in organic form.

5) If you see the USDA organic logo it guarantees the product is either 100% Organic or 95% organic.

6) Agricultural products labeled organic, such as organic coffee, must not be treated with sewage sludge (yes conventional crops are), or ionizing radiation.

I’m not trying to bore you with mindless organic labeling facts, but you should know what you’re getting into with “organic” products.  Now I will segway to my passion, organic coffee.  Remembering back to the meaning of certified organic, organic coffee is at least 95% organically grown beans.

You may be pondering, “who cares if my coffee was grown organically?” well here’s a few reasons:

1) People probably don’t want to imbibe something that was fertilized with sewage sludge, do you?

2) I don’t know about you, but I’m not warm and fuzzy with the idea of genetically modified food, and I drink a lot of coffee.

3) If you enjoy decaf. coffee this is where it is crucial that you only consume organic coffee.  Standard decaf. coffees are decaffeinated by toxic organic solvents such as methylene chloride and ethyl acetate.  Certified organic decaf. coffees are decaffeinated by a water process.  There is evidence to suggest that drinking chemical processed decaffeinated coffees may lead to rheumatoid arthritis.

4)  Pesticides and herbicides may be lethal in high doses.   Many coffee farmers live in very poor conditions and may not be able to afford proper protective clothing, which may lead to hazardous exposure to chemicals.

The above are just a few reasons to only purchase organic coffee.  I haven’t even explored all the environmental havoc that is caused by just producing the pesticides and herbicides.

As a closing thought, farmers that cultivate their crops organically are paying specieal attention to the ongoing needs of their crop, resulting in pampered coffee that tastes great!  Whatever your beliefs, give organic coffee a thorough investigation before you dismiss it entirely.

Truly, the best organic coffee is the Nectar of Life.  All Nectar of Life coffees are fresh roasted after an order is placed and they have a 100% money back guarantee.
